Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use dilonltd.com, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies (screen readers, magnification, keyboard-only use).

Our commitment

We aim for the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and the European standard EN 301 549, and we keep improving it.

Conformance status

The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: the automated check finds no violations, but a manual check with a screen reader has not been done yet (see below).

What we have done

  • Every page starts with a "Skip to content" link that jumps over the navigation.
  • The language of the pages is declared (Bulgarian and English), so screen readers read them correctly.
  • Text and buttons have a contrast of at least 4.5:1, icons and form fields at least 3:1.
  • The menu, dropdowns, questions and forms work fully with a keyboard, with a visible focus.
  • Every field in the contact forms has a label, and the result of sending is announced as text.
  • Images have text alternatives; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
  • Animations stop when your device is set to reduce motion.
  • The site adapts to phone, tablet and desktop and works with text zoomed to 200%.

Known limitations

  • The map on the Contact page is embedded from Google Maps and its accessibility depends on Google; the address is also given as text.
  • Links to the websites of our companies and partners lead to sites this statement does not cover.
  • On 20 October 2026 every page of the site, in Bulgarian and English, on desktop and phone, passed an automated WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 AA check (axe-core) and what it found was fixed. A manual check with a screen reader has not been done yet.
